Terms of Service

Effective May 1, 2026

1. The service

AuditPilot (operated by PilotSuite LLC) provides a compliance readiness platform: control tracking, evidence management, vendor and BAA tracking, workforce training, and audit-export tooling. AuditPilot is a compliance enablement tool — it does not issue certifications, provide legal advice, or guarantee the outcome of any audit. Certification decisions belong to independent third-party auditors.

2. Accounts and workspaces

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information in your workspaces, for the people you invite, and for the access links you create. Workspace owners and admins control member roles and can revoke access — including auditor and training share links — at any time.

3. Your content

You retain all rights to the content you upload. You grant us the limited license needed to store, process, scan, and display that content in order to operate the service. We do not use your content to train AI models. Where content may contain protected health information, our Privacy Policy and any Business Associate Agreement between us govern its handling.

4. Acceptable use

  • No attempting to access other organizations' workspaces or data.
  • No uploading malicious files or content you lack the rights to store.
  • No reselling or white-labeling the service outside a written partner agreement.
  • No use that violates applicable law.

5. Billing

Paid plans are billed through Stripe on the schedule shown at checkout. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing with notice ahead of your next billing cycle.

6. Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

7. Termination

You can stop using the service and delete your workspaces at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with notice where practicable.

8. Changes and contact

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced to workspace owners by email with the effective date updated above. Questions: hello@auditpilot.so.
